Shipping Locations

At this time, The Beagle Co. ships only within the United States. We are unable to ship internationally.

We hope to expand our shipping options in the future and appreciate your understanding.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received.

Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order size.

We offer:

  • Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.
  • Standard shipping rates for orders under $50.

Shipping promotions are subject to change without notice.

Delivery Estimates

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

The Beagle Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

The Beagle Co. is not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at beagleclothingco@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Because orders begin processing quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.
